How does it work?

• Use your new member ID card which includes Tier II logos on the back.
  
  
• The current Vantage (Tier I) network is the primary network.
• The Tier II provider networks are secondary networks available for Vantage members.
• All services provided by Tier II providers require pre-authorization.
• Neither Tier I nor Tier II providers can balance bill a member.
• The Tier I and Tier II cost share is the same except there is an additional 20% co-insurance when services are performed by Tier II providers.
