PAR/NON-PAR Physician Search

The following search will assist you in finding both contracted ("PAR") and non-contracted ("NON-PAR") physicians at certain facilities.

PAR: means a physician who has a current and valid agreement with Vantage to provide Covered Services as a Participating Provider to Members of Vantage at the time services are rendered.

NON-PAR: means a physician who does not have a current and valid agreement with Vantage to provide Covered Services as a Participating Provider to Members of Vantage at the time services are rendered.
