Vantage Health Plan Participating Providers have been credentialed by the standards of the National Committee of Quality Assurance. Our Credentialing Committee, which is comprised of local physicians from various specialties and primary care physicians review every provider application before the provider is presented to the Vantage Board of Directors for approval in to the Vantage Participating Provider network. |
